Calling all Whittier Middle School Choir Alumni! Join us in starting this NEW Whittier choir tradition!
At 7:00pm on Tuesday, May 13th, we will be having our final choir concert of the year where ANY and ALL former Whittier choir members will be able to join our 7th/8th graders in singing "For Good" from the Broadway musical, Wicked. This song will continue to be sung every year at our Spring Concert and will be known as our alumni song! When you RSVP you'll receive practice tracks & the pdf sheet music. No memorization is required, we will give you sheet music for the performance! If you, your children, family members, or friends are alumni of WMS choir, we hope that you’ll be a part of starting this annual tradition, as former students come together with current students, sharing the gift of music!
Alumni, please fill out the form to RSVP or for more information! https://shorturl.at/mMtZj

There's only ONE more day left in the Library Fine WIPEOUT competition! 🌊 7th grade has officially overtaken 6th, but there's still 24 hours left to turn in your lost books. The question is, will 7th grade be able to hold on to their lead or will 6th grade reclaim 1st place? 🏆

The Lincoln HS color guard has been widely acclaimed one of the best in the country for much of the last five years, and they're looking for YOU to join! If you're a future Lincoln student, check this out!
Audition rehearsals to help students get an introduction to color guard and learn technique begin tomorrow night at Lincoln HS from 6-8pm, with the audition taking place next week on Tuesday. If you have to miss one of the days, that is okay! And you do not have to be in band to join the color guard -- in fact, students outside of band are encouraged to join!
If you have any questions, please reach out to Drew Balta, Band Director for Lincoln High School.

On March 6th, several of our 8th grade girls were able to join the Pizza, Pop & Power Tools field trip. They participated in hands-on activities led by the National Association of Women in Construction, ate pizza, and toured the CTE Academy. 🛠️ What a 'constructive' opportunity! #WhittierInTheWild
