
Mrs. Hofer's 2nd grade students celebrated kindness day by making kindness boards. Students thought about ways they can show kindness in the classroom, at home and in their community. They set a kindness goal for themselves to work on throughout the year!

Mrs. Goscicki's students made baskets this week for their homeroom teachers to celebrate World Kindness Day!

Thank you to Sanford Health for inviting our 4th and 5th grade students to visit the Pentagon last week to catch some college basketball! The students and staff had a great time watching the athletes compete.





Are you the one? Do you know anyone? Ready to be someone's hero? You can change a child’s life forever by building connections. Terry Redlin Elementary is looking for another 25 mentors. You can mentor on your lunch hour. During this time once a week, you get to
play board games, read books, eat lunch together, or simply sit and talk. We promise it will be rewarding for you and our students!

Mrs. Siegel's third graders visited Ms. Ounnarath's Kindergarten class today for buddies. They spent a little time making turkey's today! Happy November!






Our students are working at earning 10,000 SOAR slips during November to earn a hot chocolate party!! Students earn SOAR slips for showing respect, having a positive attitude, being on task, and showing self-control. Go, Eagles!






REMINDER! Sioux Falls School District schools and offices will be CLOSED on Monday, November 11, in honor of Veteran’s Day.

Check out Mr. Thom, dressed like a stop light on the walking bus yesterday morning! Our walking bus leaves every morning from the Whittier Townhomes at 7:30am. Mr. Thom also brings treats every Friday! Thanks, Mr. Thom, for always keeping our kids safe and helping them get to school!


Terry Redlin Elementary students celebrated earning over 8,000 SOAR slips by dressing up as their favorite character today! Each student participated in a parade this morning to show each other their costumes! We have amazing students at Terry Redlin!
