Yesterday students celebrated meeting our goal of 4,500 SOAR slips during the month of February...even with the snow days and break, we surpassed the goal by 628! To celebrate, students had a GUM day! Students in 202 chewed their gum while learning about the invention of bubble gum and what happens when you swallow your gum!

4th grade students are working on their research writing unit. During this project student will learn how to paraphrase facts, collects sources, create topic paragraphs, and present their information. In these photos, student are collecting facts on notecards, and organizing them by topic into envelopes.
